I just got confirmation that the wing kit (2 crates) will be delivered next Wednesday!

I’m ready to get back into the garage!

I called Van’s on Friday and was informed that my wing kit has been moved to “crating.”  That means the next phone call I get will be from the trucking company looking for delivery payment and direction.  I anticipate that this time next week, I’ll be completing the inventory on my wing kit.   Boy!  … am I ready to get started again.  The weather is starting to turn a bit.  My garage (hanger) is not so frigid.

To bide my time, in preparation of my wings arriving, I really enjoy going to other builder’s websites to see how their RV-12s are going together.  One of my recent favorites has a time-lapsed video of an RV-12 wing going together.  Pretty clever!    The video can be seen at this link:  RV-Wings
